High Hopes Heart Fund

50% of children born with Down Syndrome are born with some form of a heart defect. Our High Hopes: the Emerson High Heart Fund is named after Emerson High. Our Foundation was created in memory of him to support children in need of hospital stays due to congenital heart defect or heart surgery. When viewing the obstacles of Down Syndrome, oftentimes others are not aware of the health complications that can come along with the diagnosis. Our High Hopes Foundation allows us to provide families with a VISA gift card to help offset hospital costs and expenses associated with their medical condition while raising the awareness that is needed for future funding and research.
